Books I'm looking forward to :)
Hello guys!
So I heard that Ms. Stephenie Meyer will be releasing her new book The Chemist on November 15, 2016. I'm a Twilight fan so I can't wait to read this next book! For more details about this book check out Ms. Stephenie's post HERE.
About The Chemist:
In this gripping page-turner, an
ex-agent on the run from her former employers must take one more case
to clear her name and save her life. She used to work for the U.S.
government, but very few people ever knew that. An expert in her
field, she was one of the darkest secrets of an agency so clandestine
it doesn’t even have a name. And when they decided she was a
liability, they came for her without warning. Now, she rarely stays
in the same place or uses the same name for long. They’ve killed
the only other person she trusted, but something she knows still
poses a threat. They want her dead, and soon. When her former handler
offers her a way out, she realizes it’s her only chance to erase
the giant target on her back. But it means taking one last job for
her ex-employers. To her horror, the information she acquires only
makes her situation more dangerous. Resolving to meet the threat head
on, she prepares for the toughest fight of her life, but finds
herself falling for a man who can only complicate her likelihood of
survival. As she sees her choices being rapidly whittled down, she
must apply her unique talents in ways she never dreamed of.
Another book that I'm looking forward to is Maya Bank's With Every Breath: A Slow Burn Novel that will be releasing on August 23, 2016.
About With Every Breath: A Slow Burn Novel:
Eliza Cummings fought free of a monster
who terrorized her when she was an innocent teenager and helped put
him away for good. She took a job with Devereaux Security Services
and devoted every hour to taking down the very thing she’d nearly
become. No one, not even those closest to her, know her darkest,
shameful secrets. But now the killer has been set free on a legal
loophole and it’s only a matter of time before he comes for her.
Eliza's only choice is to run and lead the monster away from the
people she loves.
Wade Sterling has always lived by his
own rules, a law unto himself who answers to no one. He’s never
professed to be a good man, and he’s definitely not hero
material. Wade never allows anyone close enough to see the man behind
the impenetrable mask—but one woman threatens his carefully leashed
control. He took a bullet for her and the result was more than a
piece of metal entrenched in his skin. She was under his skin and
nothing he did rid himself of the woman with the courage of a warrior
and who thinks nothing of putting her life before others.
But when Wade sees a panicked and
haunted Eliza he knows something is very wrong, because the fool
woman has never been afraid of anything. And when she tries to
run, the primal beast barely lurking beneath his deceptively polished
façade erupts in a rage. She may not know it, but she belongs to
him. This time, Eliza isn't going to play the protector. She was damn
well going to be the protected. And as long as Wade breathes, no one
will ever hurt what is his.
New addition in my bookshelf in the next few weeks (all in paperbacks).... and I can't wait for them to arrive! I will take a picture and video me un-boxing when they arrive. :)
And I will also review my experience on Book Depository on my next post.
Stay tuned...
